I often let the AI slip in rolls to get answers that are much more precise. ChatGPT's standard model is too hard to cover all drums. This is, however, very nonsense for very specific subjects.
I also use it for analysis purposes and understanding large groups and dynamics.
Of course, but also for everyday, simple questions or knowledge enhancement.
I like GenAI to develop boring software codes and mathematical texts that are only formality. You always have to read it, but it saves an unlikely amount of time.
To create images for presentations or just like that, I also use GenAI.
To correct program code.

I have helped to create programs in languages that I do not know for small unimportant tools written with ChatGPT in 5 minutes, then corrected (yes, the code was erroneous, but a good basis), quickly used and then forgotten again.
For normal everyday questions
