Your experience with Hermes?

Yesterday my package was supposed to arrive but then I get a message that nobody was at home which can't be because there were a lot of people in the house and the package was supposed to arrive today and it says first delivery attempt at 8 o'clock in the morning so my package is gone again or what

This has happened to me with Hermes and also with DHL very often. I got a notification that my package should be delivered that day, but no one came. When I looked into the mailbox there was a pick-up note on which I was not home and the package was delivered to a pick-up station although I was home. But no one slept at the door…

This can happen to you with DHL. Suddenly, if you live in a district with high fluctuations.

“Better” is there UPS. They come three times to the same office time, then you can go to the other end of the next city.

Varies greatly from region to region and assignee to deliverer.

I've had little trouble with Hermes.

The ranking would be here: DHL > Hermes > UPS / GLS > DPD

That's right. They'll try it tomorrow. But they never know exactly what they do. They threw packages in the snow in winter just over the fence.

Not so good experience. If I have the choice, he'll fall anyway because he doesn't have a real tracking.

Yeah, it seems that way.

With us the Hermes-Bote simply threw the package over the fence (with an expensive phone in it!).
