so schnell wird das nicht schlecht. Das kann man ja normal auch ohne Kühlung lagern. Da rechnet man dann mit Raumtemperatur. Somit sind die 30°C jetzt nicht arg viel mehr, so überlebt das Y-Food die 18 Stunden.
