Yamaha WR 125 X throttle?

I bought a WR 125X and the vehicle registration document lists a "CDI throttle box." Does anyone know what that is? Or how to get it out?

If it is throttled to 80 km/h -> then go to Yamaha and say you need a new CDI without throttle – or if you can do this by mapping.
