If your dealer sells them throttled on 45 kmh (must be in the papers too) you can drive them with the AM bill.

Such a nonsense,

the enjoyment of stock protection, when they drove DAMALS 50 kmh, they can do this today.

50kmh were until 2002. So if the machine was approved the first time before 2003, it may drive 50. All after that is allowed to drive a maximum of 45.

And the machine was produced only until 1996, which may be 50 kmh.
