Yamaha Aerox Roller springt nicht mehr an?
Ich besitze seit einem halben Jahr einen 45er Roller (Yamaha Aerox). Das Baujahr war irgendwann in den 90ern. Jetzt bin ich kein Roller-Experte, aber meine Frage vielleicht dumm, aber ich habe oftmals Probleme, ihn anzubekommen.
Wenn ich die letzten Tage gefahren bin, ist es kein Problem und er springt ganz normal an. Sobald er ein paar Tage steht oder im Kalten oder Nassen war, wird es sehr schwer ihn anzubekommen. Das Problem: Der Elektrostarter ist kaputt, sodass man ihn antreten muss. Dabei ist er mir zuletzt immer abgesoffen. Ich habe jedoch gemerkt, dass es damit zusammenhing, dass ich beim Ankicken immer Gas gegeben habe. Nachdem ich das nicht mehr getan habe, ist er immer einwandfrei angesprungen.
Seit drei Tagen geht nun auch das nicht mehr. Wenn ich ihn ankicken möchte, geht ganz kurz das Licht an, aber anspringen tut es nicht. Manchmal kicke ich 20 mal hintereinander und denke immer, er kommt gleich, aber er kommt einfach nicht. Ich dachte, das Problem sei jetzt gelöst, nachdem ich kein Gas mehr gebe. Jetzt ist es aber so, dass ich, wenn ich beim Ankicken Vollgas gebe, ein wenig mehr Licht habe und es sich auch vielversprechender anhört. Ich habe auch versucht, ein bisschen Benzin mit dem Gashebel zu “pumpen.” Subjektiv scheint das etwas zu bringen, aber es reicht eben leider nicht.
Benzin habe ich übrigens genug und auch das richtige Mischungsverhältnis mit Öl. Was kann man da machen? Irgendwas mit dem Benzinschlauch oder Luft? Oder hat das was mit den Zündkerzen zu tun?
Ein Weiteres Problem ist, dass jetzt scheinbar die Batterie leer ist. Ich weiß nicht, ob das schon der ursprüngliche Grund für das nicht anspringen ist oder ob das jetzt dadurch kam, dass ich so oft versucht habe, ihn anzubekommen? Braucht das Ankicken überhaupt Batterie? Und kann die Batterie so schnell leergehen, nur wegen der kleinen Tacho-LED. Klingt für mich sehr unwahrscheinlich, also woran liegt es?
Bei uns gibt es nur einen Mechaniker, der in Frage käme, etwas zu machen und dem vertraue ich nicht. Kann mir jemand vielleicht eine Vordiagnose stellen und ungefähr eine Ahnung, was das kostet. Ich kann dem den Roller nicht einfach hinstellen, wenn ich überhaupt keine Vorahnung zum Thema habe und erst recht nicht, wenn ich nicht weiß, was es kostet und ob ich mir die Reparatur überhaupt leisten kann.
Ich brauche diesen Roller ganz dringend, da ich ohne aus meinem Wohnort nicht rauskomme. Ich hoffe wirklich, ihr könnt mir helfen.

it could indeed be on the battery because there are CDIs for DC voltage (AC) and AC voltage (DC).
Clamp off the battery.
If the scooter starts without a battery, or if there is an ignition spark, an AC CDI is installed.
If he doesn’t jump, it’s DC.

Rollers have a vacuum gasoline valve, the membranes like to clamp, or the vacuum hose is defective.
Due to the movements of the piston in the cylinder, vacuum is located in the intake connection.
A thin hose, the vacuum hose, leads to the vacuum gasoline valve.
A membrane is actuated by the vacuum, whereby the gasoline flow is released.
Pull this hose off the carburetor, squeeze it and put the tongue on it.
If you feel how the vacuum slows down, then the hose is defective and must be replaced.
If the vacuum remains constant, then squeeze, pour and nucleus on the tube, so that the membrane is actuated.
As has been described by Ruediger, many scooters frequently occur after prolonged service life that it is located on the vacuum gasoline valve, which only opens the gasoline supply during the start-up by the resulting vacuum in the gasifier neck.
If the start-up is no longer working via the electric starter and you then try it with the kick starter, you usually also have no success because the vacuum required to open the petrol cock is only impact-wise and therefore is not sufficient.
So, as described by Ruediger, remove the vacuum hose on the carburetor and suck air on it for about 5 seconds with the mouth. Then put on the carburetor again and start with the kickstarter. Now the engine should start.
My personal recommendation would be if you were more often to exchange this vacuum gasoline cock against a normal gasoline cock, as it is at the simple mofa. Then the described problem does not exist.
Incidentally, it cannot be on your battery because the ignition circuit has its own supply, i.e. is not dependent on the battery.

Can you screw the spark plug yourself out? If so, see if it’s wet or dry. If it is dry, no mixture is sucked in and that would be a carburetor problem. If it is wet, the mixture sucked in is not ignited, so that would be an ignition problem. If the candle is removed, you can check if it brings a “shadow” spark if you know how to do it.
It could be that the candle plug is moist on the inside or even has a hairline so that there is a flashover of the ignition voltage.
If the battery is empty, the engine must start with kickstarter anyway.
The battery helps me very much. Then I already know that this can only be a sequence, but not the cause.
So, at the latest, with a new spark plug and a small adjustment on the gasoline hose, everything would have to run again, right?

Carburetor cleaning incl installation and removal will take about 45min times hourly wage, so round nen Fuffi. Battery does not give a world from 15€.
