Wurzelbehandlung nötig durch Behandlungsfehler?

Guten Morgen,

Had something similar to you recently with me the root canal has ignited Wait only 4-5 days then the pain is away with me it was that formed under the filling caries and therefore also my roots have ignited. I couldn’t do anything legally because it was just because the dental surgeon that just fucked six years ago. Would recommend changing dentist

Can I put the dentist here?

No view.

Since it obviously drilled too deep when removing the old filling and then did not disinfect well enough.

No. Obviously, your number had the default run:

Defect filling > caries under filling > Nerv ignites > Rescue test: filling is changed > inflammation does not go back, but escalates > root treatment.

Detection is quite difficult with something like this. You can’t do much except to change the dentist.

the recordings must be evaluated by a reviewer, but no laie can estimate that. And it costs over 1000 euros, like an expert report.

When an old FG is removed, you always have to take away something (damp/ caries bacteria) which is under the FG. The old FG was certainly annoying. The colleague is not to blame for any mistreatment.

I don’t understand why you go to a doctor you don’t trust.

And you can’t complain because you can’t prove it.

If you’re “just” from time to time to pain or. If you have sensitivities, then it would also be possible for the new FG to be too high, that moves in the minute range and is tested with special blue paper.

All good

This would have to proven I have to say that I have to say that I do not think that I have to do so.

Caries can also form under a filling and the condition of the tooth can become worse. No dentist can do that.

This is difficult to prove. Can have been a mistake in the treatment or really bad timing, and there was something that has broken out right now.

If you don’t have legal insurance to take care of it, it’ll be very expensive for you. Opinions are necessary and until then your tooth cannot be repaired. It costs a few thousand. You can only get them back if you win in court.

The root treatment pays the health insurance.

I have an acquaintance who sued the dentist because the implants didn’t last, all went over a year, the insurance was fortunately an expert and lawyer. Until then, nothing should be done, it could only feed on soup and later had to give the dentist the opportunity to improve what she did not want. Much didn’t come around.

There can always be inflammations in treatments, whether this was a treatment error or not. That’s what happens.

With me, too, a toe has ignited after surgery with round antibiotics afterwards. Presumably, there was an inflammation in it before, which has not yet completely broken out. Who knows? The surgery has not solved the problem either.
