How much sausage and meat do you eat per week?
Hey, I get constipated every now and then and wanted to ask if dissolving a teaspoon of linseed or flaxseed in tea or something like that can help soften the stool? LG and thank you

Hello, I've had a problem with eating for a while now. I'm underweight and I'm having more and more problems with eating. I often don't feel hungry and when I do, I simply have no appetite (sometimes I get really hungry out of nowhere and no matter what I eat, the feeling doesn't go away)….
Angenommen ich esse in wenigen Stunden eine große Menge an Süßigkeiten oder Fast food und habe einen kalorienüberschuss. Tut der Körper dann gleich Körperfett einlagern oder passiert das erst nach 24 Stunden wenn die Lebensmittel verdaut sind? Also hätte ich theoretisch Zeit durch Bewegung die Kalorien wieder zu verbrennen?
