Would you accept a job like that?
I would drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to work and the same distance back. 25 hours per week for €1,311 net (€15.50 per hour) as a daily companion in a nursing home.

I don't know anyone who sells an old Golf for €3,000 and pays taxes on it. Or do they not have to?
Does the supermarket or the manufacturer, or both, collect VAT? (For beverages)
Hi, I'm 15 and go to a secondary school (Realschule). I dropped out of a high school (Gymnasium), but the most important thing is my future. I'm wondering what well-paid jobs are. I like jobs like IT or well-paid jobs that you can do anywhere in the world, which are also well-paid and easy. Do…
Hi, I started working two days in November. I also worked a decent amount in December, but I don't have a contract yet. Only verbal ones so far. I submitted my hours on time. Will I get paid this month, or will I get paid next month because I don't have a contract?
Hello everyone, I would like to apply for a nursing training program in my area. However, I'm not sure when the application period starts. I'll be working on my high school diploma until around April of next year. So that would be my first question. The second would be whether, even in the worst-case scenario,…
I would answer this: My current employer is going through a period of change, and it's not exactly clear where they're headed, so I'm looking for a more financially stable company. Furthermore, they haven't been able to offer me a new challenge for some time. PS: I come from sales and would like to go…
Depends on what the alternatives are.
The combination is of course doof. The question is whether there is something better or options that make it better or whether that is your best option.
Can the number of hours be screwed up after X months to get more money?
Can you go on training to get to a better paid place?
Can you move to swing less?
Can you find a STelle near the residence?
If it’s the best option, I’d say and just see if you’re coming to a better option (other AG, move, train) somehow.
If a better option is there or realistically can be reached quickly, I wouldn’t take it here.
Old nursing homes are also available in your more direct environment. Without the ride, that would be much better.
And salary is always given in gross, the net is individual.
Too far with too little payment
If you have no alternatives or are the alternatives to unemployment and citizens’ money, it is definitely more sensible to accept this job first and then to go further than to remain unemployed.
Now that I know you’re talking about the train, because you’re working only 25 hours anyway, you can do the good time you’ve had enough. So if you don’t have a more worrying alternative offer, you’re looking for something better.
You can use the time on the train for pre- and post-processing as much as paid or read for other things, sleep or so
Only if otherwise the option of unemployment would be.
Well, depends on the alternative. Before I have no job, I would do this job.
With a travel distance of 1:15 h, the distance allowance is so high that gross is equal to net via the income tax return.
If you enjoy it, you should do it.

15,50 is far above minimum wage, I would make
I wouldn’t.
If I get the gasoline paid what I’m going to know
I have 49€ ticket.
By public transport I would not drive such routes
