Würdet ihr für höchstens 1k € / Jahr ein Gewerbe anmelden?
Ich würde gerne eure ehrliche Meinung wissen. Sagen wir ihr seid Influencer und verkauft keine richtigen Waren aber ihr verdient mit eurem Kanal (egal ob Youtube, Tiktok etc.) immer eine kleinere Summe von 50-100 Euro monatlich. Doch jährlich gesehen kommt ihr höchstens auf 1.000 Euro.
Strenggenommen müsste man schon ein Gewerbe anmelden, wo man den Kanal gegründet hat. Doch viele kleine Influencer machen das nicht. Wie würdet ihr euch entscheiden? Würdet ihr trotzdem ein Gewerbe anmelden oder denkt ihr euch für so einen kleinen Betrag tut euch keiner etwas, da es auch weit unter dem Steuerfreibetrag liegt? 😉

Since the registration of a trade is free at least here with me in Austria and actually only means a small amount of effort, I would probably do this even at 1,000 euros a year.
In addition, the risk would be too great to get problems with the Fiskus if I don’t tax these incomes.

If you have a profit intention, you must also tax from the 1st earned euro, otherwise you will exercise tax evasion.
So YES trade in any case – if you have a profit plan that you have doubtless.

You need to register a trade (and adhere to all policies, regulations and laws associated with it) and “tax” your income (so tell the tax office how much profit or loss you make). Taxation is something other than paying taxes.

If you are doing something with a winner’s intention and thus have revenue, you must register a business. – No matter how much there is in the end at “rum”.
