So I’m already doing tasks assigned to me. Isn’t that your job? And if so, did you ask for a raise in the past and not get it?
For me it sounds like I would change the job;-)
Yeah, I’ve been thinking about the job change. But what brings me when I get 300 € more and then I have to go for an hour and return one more hour in the evening? In the end, I won nothing, except that I was was wasting my life.
How would you solve the problem?
Oh, and I’ve been told that you can’t pay me extra for possible automation. Process automation is not one of my defined tasks.
I’d make a pro and a contra list. Did I get satisfactory pay increases? Do I have a good environment? (Is that important to spend a lot of time there and I don’t have a desire for meckerpötte), can I imagine working here for the next 30 years?, can I also make homeoffice? Maybe you’ll find a AG where you don’t have an hour drive. I had used them for my fitness – every day a 3/4 hour back and forth. Podcasts belongs to me, and I’m educated.
I find that you ask the question alone shows that you don’t want to work 30 years there 🙂 And if you’re gonna be a jack, renown AN – you’re not 🙂
Thank you very much for your answer. In me, there is more and more the impression that employers like to draw on such automation skills, but are not willing to pay adequate money.
“I find that you ask the question alone shows that you don’t want to work there for 30 years”
You’re right. There’s not really anything for me to get there. I would have been able to develop if I were to automate the AG, as I would also learn more. But without a decent salary, I don’t see it.
Whoever is willing to pay for the standard program will get exactly that.
You don’t need any energy for this sniper. Without appreciation and without courage, cooperation does not work at all, whether you have it or not.
If I get a job, I’ll be holding it. You often do things at work that you think privately senseless.
I have no problem doing this. I also know what it’s worth. Otherwise, I only work in the framework where I am paid.
Yeah, I would. Because I’m not social.
Well, if someone is ungrateful and you already know that, in this case, it has nothing to do with social, but rather rational.
For me, it would be a social. And for two reasons: I could make life much easier for him, why should I not? I don’t have to go down to his stage where I make life harder for him and everyone in the factory. Maybe it even helps him realize that he can change something. Secondly, he may not always do this job and his successor should not suffer from his character.
Well, your decision. Mine would be different.
I’m automating only for people who have a good heart. And for them, I really like to do this right and without compensation.
Right, that’s a point of view.
But for me, it seems like a revenge action – and I honestly would be too stupid for work.
Okay, that’s point of view. I don’t think it’s time to make life easier for a person who speaks badly about me behind my back and is ungrateful.
