No! Thank God.
I work in a medium-sized company, where the employer places great emphasis on this and all the employees are treated fairly and respectfully. We also have an works council.
I personally cannot complain about payment or working conditions. Christmas money and holiday money, Bonis and also job tickets are in.
I know about stories from other professional colleagues, companies where the hare is completely different and the employees are rolled up every hour and every cent, and there is not even a simple thank you, and the employer with employees “pick up”, i.e. only their right as employees makes a request for a short process and throws them out or makes life otherwise hell for them.
My job is, on the other hand, heaven on the earth of every worker. Fair and good payment, additional payments and overtime are the absolute exception and even if they are paid, they will of course be paid!
I would never remain in a company in the longer term, where my rights as workers are trampled with feet, or I would be exploited by line and thread and led behind the light.
Nice to meet you! It’s nice to hear that there’s something like that. Sounds good.
From what one hears, one feels more often to be deducted in such social areas, ironically. With us the azubis had to fight for everything in part. And then these are the companies who are crying out that they have too little staff.. I’m out of the business too soon. You have to set “high” standards. Doesn’t mean you’re just gonna get exploited.
Especially in companies where there is little staff or where the employees change more often than the boss changes his socks, this naturally has its good reason! This isn’t about.
A bad employer speaks around and correspondingly little or no applications land on the table! Because no one wants to get over the table voluntarily and work for a hunger wage or under dog-miserable conditions.
The fact that simple laws and labour law are now called “high standards” is really sad and left to think! In my view, these are not high standards, but of course, such as paying out overtime or generally maintaining working time.
It is also a good tone for those who are motivated and rewarded with Bonis for their good and reliable performance. That’s what I’d do as a boss.
Those who do not honor the employee are not worth the chief posts!
No!
You always adhered to the tariff regulations…
Then you were lucky.
Okay.
Thank you.
Of course, overtime has been cancelled in training.
If you wanted to clean me up for 160 hours, you only meant ‘ok, I’d put her back in’ – there were big eyes and they were paid.
Very strong, so it must be. Naughty as you do not even or especially not stop at inexperienced azubis.
Frech, but unfortunately also no wonder: there are too little staff in professional associations, etc for controls – you don’t want to enforce existing laws, almost as ‘location care’
I’ve never been deducted from the employer.
No, we’re a very big company and everything’s always been good.
