Wurde ich auf eBay gescammt?
Hey! Ich habe eine wichtige Frage, und zwar habe ich auf eBay KLEINANZEIGEN ein iPad Air 4 und einen Apple Pencil gen. 2 gekauft bzw. bestellt, die Verkäuferin war nett und alles hat geklappt, ich habe ihr das Geld per PayPal (Um genauer zu sein war es ein Familienmitglied die das Geld überwiesen hat) über Käuferschutz überwiesen aber kurz davor wurde ihr Konto eingeschränkt und mir wurde eine Warn Email gesendet. Entweder hat sie gesehen dass das Geld überwiesen wurde, und hat das iPad abgesendet oder ich wurde betrogen und sie hat jetzt das ganze Geld. Also heißt das jetzt direkt dass ich betrogen wurde oder habe ich noch eine Chance meine gekauften Sachen zu bekommen und/oder wieder in Kontakt mit ihr zu gelangen? Wenn nicht kann ich das Geld irgendwie zurückbekommen? Eine Antwort ist mir echt wichtig, danke!

If they make a payment outside of eBay, because the seller so wished. Then they were probably camed. Maybe they have a way to deal with Paypal. As well as an ad to the police for fraud.
Because I assume they have 0 data from the seller. Paypal already, but only the legal systems get to them, they are not a private person. Take everything they find from correspondence.
Apart from PayPal, I only have the neighborhood in which she lives and display ID of the article. Otherwise, there are only small information that was included in the ad, and in the district you don’t know if the person really lives there
