Was a girl from the USA picked up on Snap today, exchanged intimate pictures, blah blah?

I was added today by a girl from the USA, we stupidly exchanged intimate pictures, now she is threatening to send these pictures to all of my insta contacts and has already sent it to one person

I'm worried about how many other people she sent it to, and she even blackmailed me into paying 500 euros, but of course I won't. Should I now be afraid of everyone asking me about it tomorrow? Or will she not have sent it to anyone else?
