That would be possible in principle, but it would be much more difficult. On the one hand, the amounts and ratios of the amino acids are not as good as in animal sources. This can be corrected a bit by combining different foods. However, you would have to eat more calories and also more to cover your needs alike.

To this end, plants have anti-nutrients that make it harder for the body and digestion to split protein. This effect can be reduced by boiling a little. Nevertheless, there can be problems with the quantities of legumes.

Here both problems are very well explained in English:

Yes, you can, you just have to make sure to combine the right amino acids to increase biological value. When all amino acids are fulfilled, the proteins function in principle as in animal proteins.

That’s great. In case of legumes, always season with fennel, (crease) cumin and turmeric so that they are better digestible.

Yeah. you can even easily take 2g per kilo body weight to you. Because protein is not only in the things you mentioned, but also in many others. It even goes completely without soy.

Without soya 2g per kilo of body weight? What sources do you use and how much of it?

Peas granules or wheat gluten. Peas granules have nearly 60g protein per 100g.

Apparently this is going – otherwise there are not so many vegans!

yes, but in some proteins the bioavailability is lower.

In addition, one should never radically turn around, because the metabolism of the material does not work with it.

Yes, only you need to eat much more of it to get your daily needs or even with tablets.

No, because not all amino acids are covered.
