Hello, a few months ago I redeemed my wish voucher on Amazon, I didn't buy anything because I didn't need it, so yes, I can buy something on Amazon, but the problem is, I entered the code on the voucher on the wish voucher page, but it doesn't work because it's already been redeemed, but nothing was bought, so could someone perhaps tell me what I can do?

Do I understand that correctly: You entered a voucher code on your Amazon account? Then he’s there now, and if you buy something there, it’ll go down from the voucher. Of course you can’t redeem a voucher on meher pages. Once you have redeemed it with Amazon, so you have loaded the balance to your Amazon account, it is no longer available for other pages.
