Hey, also hab beim Skifahren mein knie verdreht und es hat auch ordentlich geknackt(es hat öfter geknackt als würden 4-5 kleine Blubberbläschen platzen).Ich hatte 3 Tage lang so schlimme schmerzen , dass ich dachte ,dass alles durch ist. Keep clean and observe. If nothing is inflamed, it cures by itself.

However, because of your self-infringement (you see older cuts on the photo, and you also addressed it in other questions) you should get urgent help.
