Wrong SD card for the radio?

Hey ✨🙂!

The radio does not recognize the songs on the card.

The card is new and empty. I first copied it with M4A. When that didn't work, I emptied the card and transferred the songs from the PC to the SD card as MP3s.

Even then the radio does not recognize any songs from the SD card.

I can play the songs from the SD card on my PC as a data storage device. Other SD cards also work with the radio…

Could it be that it is the wrong SD or file system/media storage device?

Best regards, Christoph 🖖

Is the SD card formatted with fat32? If no, that can be the reason. Otherwise, it is also possible that the card is too large. Best regards

It is necessary to format the card according to the radio and to store the music in the format supported by the radio.

Which these are certainly in the BDA of the radio.

No, I’m not. The card size has to fit.

Many devices support only 16/32/64GB. Do you have to read on the internet what your device is doing?
