How about fat thighs?

Hey guys, I have a problem. I'm starting to train my upper body, and my upper body is completely normal, but my thighs and ass are about as fat as Kylie Jenner's, and I want to get rid of them because they're really annoying. Do you have any tips?

Decrease is almost impossible. You have to lose weight.

With targeted training you can only easily influence it. Too much muscles do the legs and the butt also not smaller. If it’s all about stamina, that’s Cardio.
