Write email again or wait?
Hello, I emailed a business customer last Monday and haven't received a response yet. (He's also been back in the office since last Monday.) Should I wait a bit longer or should I email him again? It's a bit urgent, but I don't want to seem pushy.
Small tip for the future: For reputable business emails always send with a read confirmation request. Of course, this could also be suppressed, but that would then be pure intention and then shows a clear disinterest or at least the lack of a willingness to answer in time – in the latter case for whatever reason.
A week is long enough. But if he was on vacation and came back yesterday, I would wait one more day or two.
We only have Tuesday morning. If you weren’t in the office for a while, you usually have a lot of mails and actually no time for editing.
So he’s been back in office since last week Monday
Last Monday is yesterday when today Tuesday is 😉 Come on to the ground. If there is something really important, ask.
Yes, but without my answer no comment and others do not read the comments first. But no matter a clear question, many do not get there.
I wrote in the comment yes “Last week Monday “:)
