You should first be aware of how you want to work on this trauma: does a figure experience this trauma? Or is she doing this to some extent?

Then it is about creating a plot in which all important points of action of history are already defined. Besides, you should try to work out a stick letter for your characters and make sure to give them depth. You should have interesting characteristics and be multi-layered.

After that, you can write directly. You don’t have to start at the beginning. You can also write scenes that you want to install later, but you just fell in.

It always helps me write down spontaneous ideas at the beginning and remember them for later.

Besides, don’t stress! It takes time.

Have fun and success:)

You can do it in a diary. Hold like Greg’s diary what happened to you or something.

I hope this helps

Like any book.

You write down what you want to tell, who the people are and where the story is to end.

Then you start writing.
