Write a thank you card?

Hey 🙂 I'd like to write a thank you card to someone who helped me get back on my feet in a difficult situation and move forward in life, and who still supports me today. So, he's a therapist of sorts, and he'll continue to support me. However, I don't know how to word such a card because I'm really bad at it… Do you have any tips on what I could write? It shouldn't be too cheesy!

I thank them very much.It was a very difficult phase of life for me.They were in the right place at the right time.Thank you for everything!

Why don't you write it the way you've already formulated it? Explain how much his help means to you. And what you have already achieved thanks to his help.
