Would you work for a company if you didn't like it there?

Heyy—- I recently did a trial at a company and I didn't like it there—bad working conditions and the hours——

At good, large companies you usually get a rejection

And the other employer was too far away. I had an interview at 2:00 p.m., left at 12:30 p.m., and later, after taking the bus and train, I was still at the other bus stop at 2:00 p.m.

Then I just gave up…🙅🏻‍♂️🫤

Hey,

welcome here.

To your question, no, I wouldn’t, if it could be somehow avoided, or, if not, only very temporary.

When you work there, you will get sick in the long run and that can’t be the meaning of the thing.

Great success in your further search, LG. 🙂

It’s right to work where you feel comfortable. Make sure others want the same. Therefore, among other things, you should also value that you can be judged as reliable.

Unfortunately, you had not responded to the first demand on your last question.

At the moment, workers are looking for change. There must therefore be reasons for cancellations (too little professional experience, bad training qualifications, too high salary demands etc.).

I’ve already worked with companies where I didn’t like it. But never long.

My experience is that smaller companies are the better. The Great are very bureaucratic and stiff. That’s a matter of taste.

Yeah, you have to. You can’t do anything else. Citizens’ money does not exist
