Would you order from a shop based in Dubai or Cyprus?

Hello, I've been shopping a lot on Google lately, and I like a few things. However, many of them have Dubai or Cyprus listed in the imprint. The reviews and the shop still look good.

Should I order from one of the shops or use one with a German imprint?
