Working in Russia with a high school diploma?

I am originally from Russia and could imagine working in Russia at some point.

I plan to graduate from high school.

With my wishes to work in Russia, I would like to know if the German Abitur is recognized in Russia

I must also say that I am fluent in Russian and the written language.

Would that work?
