Hey, I bought my own laptop yesterday to write my reports. Unfortunately, Word doesn't work at all, and I can't open any Word files.
I was using my brother's laptop before (same model / both Windows 11) and there it was.
I already asked Google and was redirected to a Windows page. I then followed their instructions and nothing happened.
