Yeah, no matter how you send it. These data are stored in the Word document.
But you can delete all these data and save the document without this data.
About the menu File click on Information:
Click on Check for problems ->
Click on Testing. Then an additional button is displayed in the area with the personal information:
Click on Remove All. And then Close.
These processes, which are essential on many other websites, do not give the indication of how to delete the creation date, as well as the date of the last processing in full.
