Word 2016 starts the page numbers again from the beginning in the middle of the document?

I have a Word document with a few pages in landscape format in the middle, and a few in portrait format before and after. I wanted to add page numbers, but now every time I change the orientation, the page count starts again at page number 1.

What do I have to do to ensure the numbering is continuous?

Changing format to format in a document is done only by sharing Word with a paragraph formatting that a new independent document exists in the document.

Accordingly, you do not have to use continuous page numbers, but format the page numbers seperat every change. Either by direct assignment (this is page 13, that is page 14) or by continuous assignment starting with 13

Insert sales formatting or page numbers?

You have a button to insert the page numbers.

Since a right-click on it and just look at what’s best to understand for you.

I can go up and look at Office 365.
