That’s easy.

As long as you take a search substance, snynapses develop in the nervous system. So transfer points for the addiction into the nervous system. The more synapses you have, the more you can take from the fabric.

And if you take cloth, new synapses are formed. Up to a maximum which is individually somewhat different.

When the supply comes to a standstill, the system is rebuilt. Because nature does not have systems that are not used. As well as muscles recur, which are no longer needed, which grew before, as long as they were needed, etc.

So after the complete stop, there are a few days of withdrawal. And then the nervous system is adapted again.

But do not disappear the memories of the feelings and perceptions that triggered the addiction. And they can keep the pure desire alive.

Anyone who “reduced” reduces the supply of the search material while at the same time the synapsen system is still growing. So there is an acute lack of subsistence.

And he’ll let the rewarding experience rise. When reducing a drug, it becomes particularly valuable and pleasant. This is nothing particularly nicotine- not even generally drug-typical. If I like to eat chocolate, I will experience them even more intensively, the longer I could not get them.

That is why the most solid are those who first consume until the overdrus (more than the synapses can absorb in the maximum state of development). How to get over with Süsskram.

And then remember that stuff doesn’t give them anything. And then go straight to zero.

The reducers never get away from their drug.

No. Cannabis has something to do with Gaba if I remember correctly, these are not the receptors for nicotine.

It is the principle “Love one end with terror as a terror without end.” – slowly slipping out of a addiction is far more strenuous than immediately proceed to complete withdrawal.

I’ve tried both several times and, unfortunately, I’ve always failed. I smoke now for 30 years and try it again and again but just don’t make it. I’m gonna try hypnosis now and hope it helps. They’re just too big.

As long as you smoke, you keep your tobacco dependency.

Whether you smoke 5 cigarettes or 20 cigarettes a day, the dependency remains unchanged. You even torment yourself with a subsistence when you reduce your consumption, as withdrawal symptoms occur.

Reduction of dependency only begins after the last cigarette.

Many smokers don’t keep this long and are very fast back on the level they started with.

Therefore, it is recommended to stop at once completely, or whoever does not suffer the withdrawal symptoms will change to e-cigarettes. It is possible to vaporize with nicotine and the dependency is still gradually decreasing. If the amount of nicotine is high enough, then a withdrawal can be carried out without withdrawal symptoms.

0.8 mg/ml nicotine?

This is far too little for a person with a tobacco dependency.

You should not reduce nicotine, but stop smoking.

You can drive up the nicotine in the liquid of the e-cigarettes. Then you’d be better.

It’s not the nicotine. The fabric is actually harmless. It’s the smoke, the cigarettes.

I would like to read this study!

Please link to this study.

You can’t know, but that’s pretty big bullshit.

There are many studies and very many good ones. But you should be limited to serious, scientific studies.

E cigarettes are harmless compared to cigarettes! AND that is scientific consensus.

Leave tobacco completely away and significantly increase the nicotine quantity during steaming.

That’s wrong! Glycerin is harmless.

Where did you always get that nonsense?

I’m a toxicologist. I’m expected to know.

But you like to believe what you want.

In principle, people are individual. There are people who are not dependent.

For those who do not have so much luck, the smoke of a single cigarette can cause renewed withdrawal symptoms.

That’s how you make sure your dependency remains.

Being non-smoking or smoking 5-6 cigarettes is a huge difference.

The ingredients in the liquid are harmless.

Who told you the nonsense?

There are only 3 ingredients. 2 different food additives plus food flavours. Who wants, with nicotine, that’s it….

More is not in liquid.

You can get rid of it, but so far you’re stuck. After all, it’s your words that you keep smoking.

Because I’m reading it right now, of course, you keep your dependency on smoking cannabis. As far as I know, cannabis is mostly or at least often smoked with a proportion of tobacco. It’s like you smoke cigarettes. Finally, each tobacco contains similar additives to normal cigarettes. The tobacco industry is very concerned with its loyal customers.

In the liquid for e-cigarettes there are no additives, which is why tobacco dependence built up by smoking can gradually degrade during steaming. This happens only when no more smokes.

I stopped right in the middle of the pack!

I think if you want to smoke less slowly, that’s never gonna happen!
