Why could it be that I can no longer access a certain website?

I placed an ad on a certain website. Suddenly, I can no longer log in. This means I can't edit or delete my ad, nor can I respond to requests in my inbox.

In my e-mail inbox there are several messages from the website stating that… wrote me a message and that… wrote me a message.

I went to the site via Google and saw that my ad was still online.

I contacted the website and explained my problem. The response was that my ad was online and that I should please not send any further questions. They're probably very busy.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? Could someone have hacked my internet?

It may be that appropriate cookies have been set. Then try this with a browser in anonymous mode.

It has nothing to do with hacking your computer. It’s the web server.

Otherwise request deletion of your data to GDPR.

Delete cookies. In the settings of your browser.

“Browser” is the app you just have on. Stop to watch websites. At iPad, open the menu at the top right and then go to “private” for anonymous/private mode. Cookies tell you your acquaintance. The other iPads are almost never hacked because it’s almost impossible.

This can have various causes.

First of all, you should delete the cache of the browser. Often old page calls prevent the rebuilding of the page.

Then it can also be on the browser itself. Change the browser.

Finally, there’s a DNA lock. In the IP settings of the PC, you would have to insert Google’s DNS by hand (8.8.8) This often allows you to access blocked pages in Germany.

But I suspect one of the first two mistakes.

This is the program you’re going to the Internet. Edge, Firefox, Google or Opera. The browsers store page contents in a cache if you need them again. However, this can lead to problems on some pages. If you delete the cache, the browser must reload the page.

Sounds like classifieds!

And yes, they’re blocking an account without justification and that’s right for life. . Unfortunately, they then not only block the email address but also the phone number with which to verify. Means. For a new registration that was officially prohibited, you also need a new phone number plus new email. This behaviour is quite horrific

By the way, your account has been restricted! That was it. But it’s right, strangely, the messages come through on email. But no more.

Unfortunately, classified ads are the strongest providers without real competition, so think they are also coming through with these behaviors. Unfortunately.

Considering that you have already written it, your account is lost. Don’t write anything, and a customer service doesn’t have this terrible club.

Good luck.

Had a similar problem with classifieds.

Then have the incognito mode enabled for Chrome.

Curiously, it worked.

Simply top the 3 points or settings. Then select “a new inkognito tab” (alternative strg + old +n). it opens a window, then enter the address

All right. Too bad it didn’t work. Otherwise I have no idea how to help

Often it is that which is wrong with the password or the email address.

Then go to the main page…

there is usually another way to login than that you have saved… try it out.

Then there will be a general problem and you just have to wait… then explain why there are no answers…

See if new ads can still be switched by others…

The site could have been taken from the net.
