You won’t find much in the vehicle papers. The key number 2.2 (TSN) that has been cancelled does not have to be if the TÜV/Dekra/GTÜ is a good one, it is found out and is in it.

Depending on the vehicle, you can see which cooler is installed and which brake system/axle suspension.
For example, if a VW comes from Spain, he has another cooler in it, he comes from Italy, other crossbars are installed.

In the case of newer vehicles, the car house can also answer the question, using the key number, you can see where the first registration was made.

Obviously, you can see this on a service notebook where the handover inspection was stamped in another country or on foreign-language service literature. In addition, this car did not have an ESP, which was already standard in Germany.

Otherwise, the more technical experts recognize, e.g. on coolers. Mercedes, for example, installed the “special equipment for hot countries”, you can only get out of the chassis number. at Mercedes, you will also be notified of the destination of the vehicle when the dealer reads the data card.

Then I would go to the next best dealer and let the chassis number read out. that makes a car house free if you ask politely 🙂

You may also be able to close the factory where a car was delivered, but you can also get it out of the chassis number. what kind of brand is it?

… in the papers the TSN is missing, the fields are enriched.

… but if there is a TSN, it is not a re-import.
