Real estate. The car can come later. A property is a good investment. A sports car means fun. In a few years you have nothing of it.

Buy the car.
One is only young and better for the economy at present it is also.

Judging your questions, you have neither the money for an expensive car, equity or income for an apartment!

— so tell us why:

….How much equity do you have and what do you deserve at the moment?

You can’t buy a loan.

This must be applied and can only be done if one can prove collateral, equity and good income. Can you?

Probably nothing!

it depends on the circumstances. financially, in the measurable cases, more praise to get a condominium. You pay your rates instead of rent.

Car is a money-destruction machine. However, if you are young and have no liabilities, you can also buy yourself an expensive car. Later, you won’t have much money for that.

I’d rather have the apartment. If you have the opportunity to buy (and also want to) then it is clear money to stay for rent.

At the car you don’t lose when you buy it a few years later (provided you are already mobile or not relying on a car at the moment)

The investment in residential property is certainly more sensible than in an expensive car. If you look at the location and equipment, you can hope for value growth at an apartment. Most new cars, you drive from the dealer’s farm and already it has a significant loss of value.

I want you to be smart about what you’re trying to do. With the purchase it is not done, the ongoing maintenance also costs money. If you already have to buy pump, how do you want to finance the maintenance?? Honestly, the question doesn’t ask, you don’t need one or the other.

such things only immature men who may have grown physically from the 12th year of life are no longer able to buy an expensive car on credit if you don’t have your own house or at least a condominium. what do you want, in view of the catastrophic housing market, even with an expensive car if you don’t have a condominium in which car might live and that can’t be, and who knows how to develop rent prices, it can happen quickly that you have to live in the car like an american then, probably the car will be confiscated by the courtmate, better then to SICHERHEIT to have a home or a house of property to not run on the road.

until the apartment or the house is paid off, an inexpensive car should be good enough to get anywhere.

I think that would be reasonable and mature thinking, of course, the bill must also vote, so that you have paid off everything in a certain time including cinsen completely, not that after that you pay only the cinsen and the debts then remain. better would be to save and pay the house completely on one time without having to pay for a loan.

Buy a condominium, rent it and pay your rental and car from the revenues.

Clearly the apartment because you save so much and then your car gets faster. Once you get the car you have to pay monthly rent & then buy an apartment from it?

A rental apartment costs a lot a month, so I would buy the condo. It is a beautiful feeling when you stand on your own legs and the apartment can set up as you want as if you drive with a beautiful car.

Caution: renting can be cheaper than buying: as owner you have to save reserves and carry administrative costs – in addition to heating, water, garbage and electricity…

Definitely an apartment especially since you don’t get credit for an expensive car 😉

Purchasing – Money investment: usable home!

Car: only one to go to work when you live outside.

If you don’t know if a car or apartment is more important to you, first grow up before you deal with adult themes.
