Wohnung in großer Stadt?
Hallo zusammen, ich brauche mal euren Rat. ich ziehe bald um und habe für meine Wohnung jemanden gefunden – eine Frau, die den Vinylboden übernehmen möchte, den ich selbst verlegt habe. Zur Info: Als ich eingezogen bin, war die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand – kein Boden, keine Tapeten, nur Beton. Die Renovierung habe ich komplett auf eigene Kosten gemacht.
Jetzt hat aber gerade ein Nachbar bei mir geklingelt, der im Haus auf der vierten Etage ohne Aufzug wohnt. Er hat wohl einen Schlaganfall oder Ähnliches hinter sich und möchte gerne meine Wohnung übernehmen, da sie im ersten Etage liegt. Leider kann er sich die renovierte Wohnung aber nicht leisten. ich fühle mich jetzt ziemlich schlecht, weil ich nicht weiß, wie ich damit umgehen soll. Auf der einen Seite habe ich viel Zeit, Geld und Mühe in die Renovierung gesteckt, auf der anderen Seite tut mir der Nachbar leid.
Was würdet ihr an meiner Stelle tun?
Meine neue Wohnung ( 2 Zimmer) muss ich auf eigenen Kosten renovieren. Wieder kein Boden, kaputte raufasern apetren ( ich schatze 2 bis 3 000 Euro brauche ich davon)

Theoretically, you could consider an apartment exchange if landlord and your other landlord agree and the apartments have approximately the same standard.
Your interested party moves into your neighbor’s apartment and the neighbor moves to the ground floor.
It seems to be both apartments in the same house. The neighbor can give a detachment for the renovations in his apartment (he will certainly not live in bright concrete) and can then take over your floor.
More effort, more chaos, but everything in all still has a wash and win for all (up to the landlord probably, who then has double organ work)
I don’t think this woman will want to. It’s in very bad condition. 4 floor, toilet nich in the stairwell (my current apartment is larger and has shower and toilet in the apartment). I have invested a lot of money and effort – was also catastrophe with me (no safe lock, leaky door(I have also repersed myself) missing handles in the room door (I bought myself)
If you get your apartment, you do not decide in any way. And whoever wants to take it has no right to speak.
The landlord is looking for his tenants himself. Maybe he already has someone he would like to give the apartment. And then it can be good that you can tear your own ground out and take it.
An apartment without flooring and without wallpaper is not in any bad state. Nowadays more and more apartments are rented. Then the tenant can design and set up his apartment according to his own taste.

Yes, we have already agreed with this woman and house administration on date and the documentation( proof of salary would be checked by landlord)

The woman first reported for the ground and if your neighbor cannot cover the apartment without the floor, that is doof – but not your responsibility.
