Wohnsitzanmeldung/Familienbeihilfe – Probleme mit Eltern?
Hallo,
Ich bin momentan in Deutschland gemeldet als Hauptwohnsitz. Ich bin jedoch österreichischer Staatsbürger und würde bald einen Nebenwohnsitz bei meinen Eltern zuhause melden wollen.
Da wir jedoch eine sehr komplizierte Beziehung haben, möchte ich auf keinen Fall, dass Sie meine Adresse in Deutschland erfahren.
Bis jetzt hatte ich geschafft meine Adresse für mich zu behalten.
Die Frage ist: Wenn ich mich bei meinem Elternhaus melde als Nebenwohnsitz, haben sie dann ein Recht zu erfahren, wo sich mein Hauptwohnsitz genau befindet??? Oder gehört das zu meiner Privatsphäre?
Einen Nebenwohnsitz in Österreich zu haben würde mir alles vereinfachen, daher ist die Frage sehr dringend.
Die Frage kommt auf, da mein Vater für die Kinderbeihilfe einige Informationen korrigieren muss.
(ich finde es sowieso verwerflich, dass die Kinderbeihilfe über die Eltern gehen MUSS, egal wie die Beziehung zueinander ist und man das nicht so regeln kann, dass das Kind in Frage sich allein darum kümmert! Falls jemand weiß, ob das eventuell doch anders geht, wäre ich sehr dankbar für Aufklärung.)

Each person has the possibility to request a notification report about the main residence of a person. For this, this only needs your name and a further unambiguous information about you (for example, your date of birth or an earlier registration address). You don’t have to be related to me, or be reported to the same address or the like.
So your parents could go to the registration office at any time and get an information about your main residence costs just a few euros. Whether you have a neighboring residence with them or not makes absolutely no difference.
There is the possibility of requesting a block of information if you can make credible interests (accussion, threat, etc.). Then, for a limited period of time, no one receives information about your address.
