Where should I emigrate as a self-employed IT professional?

Theoretically, I could work anywhere with internet access, even for a few months or years. It's important to me that it's a nice place with little crime and a good healthcare infrastructure. A somewhat pleasant climate would also be great.

Southern Germany.

ITlers are so desperately sought that they can enforce almost any demand. Paid apartment, utility cars, etc.

Otherwise, USA. With a contract you are welcome there.

You’ve already noticed that the tech companies are cutting off many places and that the H1-B Visas are covered in numbers.
“Welcome” is definitely not just because you can present an employment contract.

An employment contract is not sufficient. There must be more.

USA, otherwise I would recommend Canada, but the climate, especially in winter, must be liked.
