How do new postmen know who is who in a house without a hands-free system?
How do new mail carriers know who's who in a house without a hands-free system? Theoretically, anyone could open the door when the mail carrier rings, and the mail carriers don't ask me for ID. So, theoretically, anyone could accept any delivery.
If the supplier does not work in accordance with the regulations, it would indeed be possible.
I have a German name, but don’t look German because I was adopted. I’ve never been asked for an ID. Theoretically, the postal messengers would thus hand out any foreign foreigners packages with German names.
