Woher weiß ich wann meine Periode endet/anfängt?
Also ich (W,14) habe vor 2 Tage das erste mal meine Tage bekommen und hatte jetzt die frage wie ich weiß wann meine tage enden weil ich nicht genau weiß wie lange das geht also ab wann ich wieder ohne binden raus kann. Könnte es nicht sein das ich denke die sind weg und die dann plötzlich wiederkommen? Und für die Zukunft wie weiß ich das meine tage kommen und ich binden tragen muss oder soll ich die immer tragen? Bei meiner Schwester ist es zum Beispiel sehr unregelmäßig und sie hat ihre tage nur so alle 3-4 Monate also woher weiß ich da bescheid? Danke im vorraus
