Woher kommt das Klackern im Auto?
Ich hab folgendes Problem. Mein Audi A3 8P macht seit einigen Wochen recht helltönige klackergeräusche aus der vorderen Achsrichtung wenn man das Lenkrad voll Links oder Rechts einschlägt (und auch nur dann, in normalen Kurven ist nichts zu hören). Daraufhin wurde auf einer Seite das achswellengelenk gewechselt, bei dem die Manschette vorher kaputt gewesen ist. Das Geräusch war weiterhin da, nur etwas leiser. Ein paar tage darauf ist es plötzlich vollkommen verschwunden. Ein paar Tage später wars dann wieder da. Von Außen konnte an den Antriebswellen und den Gelenken nichts offensichtliches festgestellt werden.

The fact that the steering gear makes noise at full impact is not unintentional. In the user manuals it is usually also necessary to avoid full impact.
A punching, knocking or cracking in the steering wheel can indicate a defective servo steering. Should be assessed by a specialist. A defective steering gear is a safety-relevant component which should be exchanged immediately.
I don’t know. The crucible comes from the direction of the axis when I hit the steering wheel and drive, not out of the steering wheel. Steering itself is also all good, there are no error codes that indicate power steering problems
The steering wheel itself is also not the cause. The problem is only noticeable. But if the steering, i.e. all its components (steering shaft, steering column, tie rods, rack, steering intermediate lever, steering column lever, tie rod, servo steering) were in order, then it would not make any noise. I would recommend you to get a second opinion at another workshop.
