Define “rich”.

Many farmers are stone-rich when looking at the plots alone – it is not possible to sell them because it would remove the operating base. … And that is how it goes through, and that is extremely different between the individual farmers.

On an average farm there is ALL, only one not: money.

Because all the money is in expensive tractors, harvesters, plots and buildings. For example, it is necessary for the next rebuilding of the stables to prescribe one EU directive again.

Money has a farmer only when he sells all the shit to a successor (if he’s lucky to find one).

A normal farmer does not buy 942 Vario.

Maximum farmers with large hectares.

Otherwise, these large tractors can be found almost only in wage modes.

The farmers in my area also have smaller and older tractors….

For example, the Fendt 942 Vario costs 340,000 new.

Many are not owners of these machines, but work with a machine ring!

There are also farmers who deserve a lot. Most of the time, however, they don’t like themselves, and they put the profit back in company enlargement. They don’t have time to spend the money. Farmers with livestock often work 365 days a year.

But there are those farmers who earn little or nothing. Make the debt. They give up their operation because it is no longer worth it. Or they have to give up because they’re pleites.

I mean, there are state subsidies and credit

In addition, land is very valuable, especially old family businesses often have large areas

In addition, the idR acquisitions that you can make and use for decades, you don’t buy a new tractor every couple of weeks

Credit.

Unlike a car, however, the tractor also brings profits, so this is not so stupid to borrow.

Otherwise, farmers are actually poor sips mostly.

Where did farmers get so much money?

The Höfesterben for decades speaks a different language.
And this farmer’s inheritance lasts.

The farms that survive must invest, invest, invest.
