Where do illegal websites get the films from?

Hi guys!

I was just wondering where all these illegal websites, where you can stream movies for free or for very little money, actually steal all these movies from (what your source is). I'd be very interested to know. Does anyone have any idea?🤔

The illegal pages do not record the films and series themselves, but link the recordings only with their side.

Partly make that not even those who own and manage the site yet, but have extra people who only deal with the link.

Where exactly their sources come from, they understandably don’t give a price, but they probably come across pages in the Darknet.

They then have the recordings, as already stated in other answers, from people who buy them legally or watch them in the cinema and copy/record the film.

Sometimes on illegal sites, episodes or movies come out earlier than on legal.

Then it usually comes that someone involved in the production of the series/film, makes the recording/copy and then sold in the darknet.

Of course, this is only profitable if there is great demand and is more rare for my experience.

In addition, stream is not always available from all series/films.

As with the film industry, the area for illegal streaming is now quite large and consists of different “stations”.

As many illegal pages as there are, it would not be particularly effective if everyone had to copy/record the series/films themselves.

Especially because Netflix and so also try to make it very difficult.

Thus, from the demand, sometimes at least one, probably even more pages in the darknet, on which linkers can get the recordings/copies and then link them.

There’s nothing coming from the Darknet. The Darknet does not deal with movies. They are either cut, taken during the performance, stolen within production, copied from hard drives and DVDs and so on…

Yeah, and that makes every one of the hundreds of illegal streaming sites themselves, huh?

Could be by now, but I know from some that it is much easier 😉. And getting to the DarkNet is not easy either. Many only know dirty edge areas of the LightWeb and think they are in the DarkWeb 😉.

Okay, I still think there’s more going over one side in the darknet, but since I don’t want to stop in the darknet, there’s no evidence. So you could be right.

Nice weekend!

The network is many years old 😉 And somehow always knows who.

And how do you think those who link videos to the ones they copy come into contact?

Yes, of course, you can make a lot of money. But there are only means for the purpose. And to get them, you don’t have to go to the darknet. They make enough money with their topics themselves.

In view of how many such illegal sites know and use, I would not call it popular. In 2020, 77% of German at least once a month use an illegal streaming site, 50% even weekly, according to a survey by Statista.

With the advertising shown on the pages and on the hostes everywhere, a lot of money is flowing in the industry. After all, the operators do not volunteer the pages, but because you can earn quite money.

Because they usually don’t care about such a spicy 😉. Copies from the cinema are not their thing. The godfather does not play with squeaking 😉.

And why don’t you think there are pages in the Darknet where the recordings change the owner?

Some have the same source and some thieves spread to several. Often enough there are also several sources for several pages, yes.

Well, it’s logical for buying bluerays or dvds. They are ribbed and uploaded. They are recorded by streaming platforms. Current films are often recorded with the video camera.

Is there some other methods where you have sources from other countries and then sound and video divorce etc

And the people then upload it and make it available to the portals

Of course they are not bought. At least not from the operator of the site. Someone’s got this series, copied it and uploaded it.

Most are probably recorded by legal streaming providers (netflix, prime, disney+, anime providers…) or hold bluerays.

Older types have probably been recorded by the television…

Current cinema films that are not streamed are often taken up with a camera, but I also wonder how they do it, put people simply nen tripod with the camera in the middle of the cinema or what?

The films/series pick up these pages from Warez page, Usenet, Torrent etc. that is called releases (can be read on xrel.to).
