always a misprint?

Does the image stay still when you rotate a camera at the right speed?
Here's an idea: When you film a propeller, for example, it sometimes looks as if the propeller is stationary. If you then rotate the camera at the right speed, shouldn't the image also be stationary? Just an idea. What do you think?
