Berlin.

Airports have three-digit shortcuts of the city to which they belong. FRA is… right: Frankfurt, MUC Munich.

This is simply a shortfall in air traffic to IATA (International Air Transport Association), which was simply taken over by the media.

Although the airport is mainly intended for Berlin, it is fully located in Brandenburg, it is a Brandenburg airport.

If you look at the use or who bears the costs, then it is a Berlin-Brandenburg airport and so is it!
