When language was developed, it was a ensemble Create programming language with a small compiler.
Brainfuck has only 8 commands (operators) . <>+-[].
You can’t program efficiently. It is only about feasibility under minimum conditions.
No person who wants to stay with clear mind should try to write a serious program in this language.
There are no standard operations for file input/output. (to generate code which this could only be theoretically possible, would probably end more in a straitjacket)
Write a native program running Windows would not be possible with the original minimum compiler.
But there are always enthusiasts who deal deeper with the language.
It’s just a joke programming language. Of course, you can program just like normal programming languages, but someone chose extra unready syntax.
