Wo werden in Deutschland Beschneidungen mit Stapler (Klammergerät) durchgeführt?
Ich möchte mich als Erwachsener aus kosmetischen Gründen beschneiden lassen und suche eine urologische Praxis, die den Eingriff mit der in vielen anderen Ländern bereits üblichen, modernen Stapler-Methode durchführt.
Trotz umfangreicher Internetsuche, auch auf Fachportalen, habe ich bisher nur einen einzigen Urologen in Deutschland gefunden, der aber in Bayern und damit für mich sehr weit weg ist.
Es ist mir unverständlich, dass diese schnelle, nebenwirkungsarme Methode mit dem Klammergerät sich in Deutschland nicht bereits durchgesetzt hat, obwohl sie den Patienten weniger belastet als Operationen mit Skalpell und Fadennaht und optisch gute Ergebnisse liefert.
Kann es sein, dass deutsche Urologen wenig Lust haben, sich neue Methoden anzueignen und lieber beim Althergebrachten bleiben?

Germany is very underdeveloped in terms of circumcision. I asked my urologist about different forms (high, low, tight & loose) he didn’t know that at all.
If it were medically necessary, my advice would be to look abroad for experts.
Since it is not necessary, I rather recommend to do without circumcision.

A few also use the clamping method. However, this also has disadvantages.
The trim is not so tight and it often remains an unsightly collar.

I suggest that you have a selected doctor conventionally cut low and tight. The doctors in Germany can do this mostly.
