I need a single medium-sized shipping box. Where can I buy one? I've already been to two Pfennigpfeiffer stores (there were some that were slightly too small) and a DHL store, where they only had prepaid, printed boxes, but I have to attach my own return label to them.

I was, and still am, at Penny and wanted to return a package for €70. I had the receipt, but just before I got the money, a woman of African descent came over and said I had to show my Payback card. What's the point? Is she right?
I received a package that was only wrapped in thick plastic. Because it was so poorly taped together, I had to cut it into pieces, which means I can't return it. Since the package is very long, I don't know how to package it for return. Does anyone have any tips?

There are at the Post Packsets. There are these in really every branch. They match the shipping sizes and are not prefected. Otherwise you can take any cardboard that has the right size. If you have shoe boxes or other boxes at home, they do.
At classifieds, cartons are always given away. Or ask at the supermarket before they land in the press.
