Where do I have to ride as a cyclist here?
I'm unsure where I should ride as a cyclist/e-scooter rider in the following situations: Riding on the sidewalk is prohibited, and there is no bike path here.

Do you drive in the car lane, between cars and trams? Or do you drive to the right of the tram lane and make way as soon as a tram approaches?

Would there be even less space to the right of the tram, so would you drive in the car lane?

Wenn es keinen Fahrradweg gibt dann fährt man auf der Straße

Egal ob das eine Betriebstrecke ist oder eine Blockumfahrung an der Endstelle. Die gleise sind eh der falsch Ort bleibst du darin Stecken tut es weh und Fahrradräder passen da hervorragend rein.

Ich würde hier zwischen den Gleisen fahren. Rechts von den Gleisen ist zwar kein Bordstein, aber durch den FG mit dem BMX?-Rad, kein Platz zum ausweichen, falls nötig.
Falls eine Bahn kommt, ausweichen nach links.
Wenn man links neben den Gleisen fahren würde, dürfte man gar nicht mehr überholt werden, wenn man nicht ganz dicht an der Schiene fährt.
