WTF I live in Leipzig and I have asked someone this question in Bernburg. 😂😂😂
Where all the foreigners are, shopping carts are full of pawn. Railway road, Grünau and all around, downtown is clear, Connewitz everywhere, Lößnig-Dösen the corner. Oh yes and stadium, small fair and the lakes are also clear.

Or keep large places where many people gather
It is definitely worth it in and around the Leipzig Railway Station!
