Wo kann ich in meinem Fall Klage einreichen, welche Behörde ist zuständig?
Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem.
Habe eine Bestellung von Nike ordnungsgemäß zurückgesendet, den Rücksendeschein von Nike benutzt, alles fristgerecht etc. Dabei wurde mir mein Geld nicht zurückerstattet. Ich habe schon alles mögliche probiert, um den Betrag zurückzuerhalten. Allerdings behauptet der Kundenservice, die Rücksendung sei angeblich nicht zugestellt worden. Die Sendungsverfolgung von DHL, sowie ein Nachforschungsauftrag widerlegen dies.
Als Zahlungsmethode hatte ich Lastschrift gewählt, insofern ist kein ”einfacher”’ Käuferschutz wie bei PayPal vorhanden. Ich möchte gerne eine rechtliche Klage einreichen. Meine Frage wäre, welche Behörde hierfür zuständig ist?
