Most email providers do not require such data and they are not shared with the recipient. Except maybe the name, but you can think of one.

Gmail is right for many people of the standard, alongside there are providers such as Protonmail and Tutanota that are specially designed for privacy.

But most providers want a phone number.

The recipient of the email cannot view your address data at GMX and Web.de.

This only sees the provider and is used only for internal purposes and for possible prosecution, you should plan illegal things with your email address.

However, since this is not the case, it should certainly not be a problem for you, should it?

I wonder what you can do if you don’t own this data. For example, I’m registered homeless and therefore just don’t have any addresses. In order to find an apartment today and thus get an address, an email is basic. Like a little vicious circle

Name and address do not have to be given real details. There’s something you can think about.

What information the recipient of a mail sees, you specify. In the settings of the Mail program.
