To code on the phone or tablet is a cramp. You haven’t pre-installed a text editor, browsers often can’t even access the files correctly (so you can sometimes not open your HTML file in the browser), you already need extra apps to code, or you use online-IDEs like Replit (which are often very slow). And even there it is a single cramp to enter code on the small cell phone keyboard. Mobile phones are now almost exclusively designed for communication and entertainment, not for programming. I’d rather use a PC.

I’m confused, what’s cmd, do you mean the Windows Terminal? And what do you want to do in it, and what exactly must be connected to the Internet?

Yes I also know that I just wanted to know why you need it and what you want to do in it.
